Ladies Auxiliary VFW...
Local Unit honored by District President
November  6, 2011

GREENVILLE – The Ladies Auxiliary to Greenville’s VFW Post 7262 (LAVFW) recently was inspected by the District President Jeannette Mitchell.

Mitchell, of Dayton, arrived early in order to inspect the secretary’s records,  treasurer’s books, and all records regarding other committees and projects carried out by the Auxiliary. Mitchell attended the meeting and then enjoyed socializing with the members afterwards.  The Unit passed on all items, and received positive additional comments from the District President.

Additionally, LAVFW of Greenville was the first unit in District 3 to be 100 percent reported and received congratulations on that accomplishment, from Mitchell.
