West Central Ohio program director sought

The Council
on Rural Services is seeking a skilled and experienced program director
for
their HandsOn West Central Ohio/Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. This program is a local
resource for
nonprofit groups and volunteers linking for meaningful volunteer
opportunities
in Miami, Darke, Shelby and Logan Counties.
The selected candidate is responsible
for the daily
supervision/operation of the volunteer program, along with developing
grant
workplans that ensure delivery of a comprehensive volunteer program.
The ideal
candidate must be energetic, motivated, and reflect excellent
leadership
traits. Qualified
candidates must have a
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or a related field; with
work
experience in community development and volunteer management preferred. Experience should include
strong leadership
skills for working with the public.
Excellent
benefit package and 30 hours/week employment and a minimum starting
salary of
$25,381.
