Integrity Ambulance Service
Feldner new President/CEO of Integrity Ambulance

Greenville, OH - Integrity Ambulance Service is pleased to announce Brad Feldner, previously Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In 2005 Feldner, along with father-in-law John Johnston, retired President and CEO of Integrity Ambulance Service, had a desire to start a family owned business to serve residents with emergency and non –emergency transportation needs.  With the help from fellow co-founders: Jamie Feldner, Brad’s wife, and Jodie Reed, Feldner’s sister-in-law; Integrity Ambulance Service opened its doors with 6 personnel and two ambulance units.

In July, 2011 Integrity Ambulance Service broke ground on a new location on the east side of Greenville in the newly established Integrity Business Park.  Shortly after the construction completion, Johnston decided to retire and Feldner and his wife purchased the company in September of this year.

Today, 7 years later Integrity Ambulance Service is still a family operation with a fleet of nearly 60 ambulances and wheelchair vans and over 170 employees making them the third largest provider of private ambulance and wheelchair van services in Western Ohio.  Integrity Ambulance Service operates from stations in Greenville, Celina, Wapakoneta, Sidney, Dayton, Findlay and Toledo.  They currently perform 60,000 transports per year.

“With our medical training and health care background, Integrity Ambulance Service is committed to providing high-quality, professional and compassionate care,” says Feldner.

Feldner is a 1995 graduate from Miami University acquired his EMS Basic Training and Advanced EMT Training in 1996-97, before becoming a Paramedic in 2000.  He has been a Darke County resident since 2000.  Feldner currently resides just outside Greenville with his wife, Jamie and their two sons, Parker and Conner.

Felder says with the aging population expected to grow significantly over the next decade or two, as the baby-boomer generation continues to reach retirement age and beyond, demand for the services provided by Integrity Ambulance Service will continue to grow.  He also adds the challenge for Integrity Ambulance Service will be to find ways to match the increased demand with pressures from insurance sources like Medicare and Medicaid to reduce reimbursements, while costs to provide the services continue to grow.

“Any company involved in healthcare; especially those focused on the elderly population and long-term care are facing never-before seen pressures to match reduced reimbursements and increased costs”  says Feldner.  Even in light of this, Feldner remains very optimistic.  “We have a very dedicated staff that is focused on quality and patient-centered care.  That coupled with fantastic business partner relationships with facilities we serve, and excellent vendors puts us in a great position for continued success and growth.”

Feldner would like to thank all of Integrity Ambulance Service patients, business-partner facilities, vendors and staff for the success of the company thus far and continued success in the future.  Feldner adds a personal thank you to Jim Magoto and Greenville National Bank, for their partnership in assisting to make this a smooth and successful transition.
