The Workshop Learning Center
The Learning Center Gives Back with Food Drive

The Workshop Learning Center’s Preschool ran a food drive, during the month of November. Students, ages 3 – 6, gathered nonperishable food to give to a local food bank. The theme for November was being thankful and nutrition. A food drive was the perfect way to combine these two themes into a tangible project for the students. “It is important for our students to begin to think about the world around them,” says director, Michelle Drees.

Drees is very excited about the variety of program offerings that The Workshop Learning Center currently offers. “In addition to our preschool, we offer academic tutoring for all ages, abilities and reasons, and private music lessons for piano and bowed string students.”

Gift Certificates are available for Christmas. If you are interested in more information, please call Michelle at 937-459-5947, email michelle@theworkshoplc.com, visit us on the web at www.theworkshoplc.com or check us out on facebook.
