Darke County Friends of the Shelter
Pets of the week 
March 3, 2012 

We have Molly at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is a 5-month-old Lab mix. She is black with short hair. She is a sweet girl and loves to play with a ball. She will make a wonderful companion. She is looking for a home to romp and have fun. She is ready to be adopted. 

Felicia is a 3-year-old Wirehaired terrier. She is black and white with long hair. She is a happy little girl and is full of energy. She will make a great walking buddy and lifelong companion. She is looking for a good home to have fun at. She is ready to be adopted.  

We have Bonnie the beagle at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is 4 years old and is black, white and brown. She has short hair. She is a little sweetheart. She is very friendly and only weighs around 20 pounds. She will make a nice companion and great walking buddy. She is looking for a good home. She is ready to be adopted. 

We also have a terrier puppy, an older Cocker Spaniel, an adult terrier, a couple labs, a Golden Retriever and numerous other dogs. We also have cats and kittens for adoption. 

The Shelter hours are 8am till 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 till noon on Saturday. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Road in Greenville, and the phone number is 547-1645. 

“Get your Pets Picture taken with Easter Bunny” On March 17th the Friends of the Shelter will be taking pictures with Easter Bunny. Bring the whole family including your favorite companion animal to Wal-Mart garden center. We will be taking pictures from 10am till 2pm. Cost is only $3.00 and all the proceeds go to help the animals at the Shelter. This is a fun time for all and goes to a good cause. For more information you can call the Shelter.
