HER Realtors holds open house

GREENVILLE – HER Realtors held an Open House Nov. 23 at its new office location in the Palace Building, 537 S. Broadway, Suite 202.

“We’re excited to be in the Greenville market,” said Robin Banas, District Sales Manager for the Darke, Shelby and Miami County areas. She added they’d been in the new office since late spring.

“HER is huge on technology and marketing,” she said, noting research has shown that 90 percent of homeowners look online. “We have the tools necessary to get houses sold.”

Banas has three agents, plus office manager Tammy Sackett, working out of Greenville. The agents are Sue Bowman, Chris Hayes and Gary Young.

Young is the newest arrival, having recently retired from the heating and air industry.

“I enjoy working with people,” he said. “I want to continue doing it.”

The open house was well received, as visitor traffic was steady and what Young referred to as a “feast” was being consumed. Visitors included Greenville Mayor Mike Bowers and Ohio Rep. Jim Buchy. Visitors had a bird’s eye view of the horse parade from the realty company’s street-front second floor office

According to Banas, all offices are independently owned. She added HER Realtors has received the CEO Award for the Best Brokerage in Ohio every year since 2008.
