We
have Spencer
at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 6-month-old Lab mix. He is
black
with a little white on his feet. He has short hair. He is a sweet
little guy
but will probably grow to around 80 pounds. He loves people and loves
to play.
He will make a wonderful companion and is ready for adoption.
We
have Butch at
the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 2-year-old Jack Russell/Beagle
mix. He
is white and brown with short hair. He is a friendly little guy and
only weighs
around 20 pounds. He would love to find the right home with lots of
room to
play. He is ready for adoption.
We
also have a
Jack Russell mix, a shepherd mix, a lab mix puppy, a beagle, a Min-pin
and
numerous other dogs. We also have cats and kittens for adoption.
The
Shelter hours
are 8am till 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 till noon on Saturday. The
Shelter
is located at 5066 County Home Road in Greenville, and the phone number
is
547-1645.
On
March 9th 2013
Easter Bunny will be at the Wal-Mart store in Greenville. You, your
family and
your beloved companion animals can come to Wal-Mart to get you "Pets
picture taken with Easter Bunny". The time will be 10am till 2pm and
you
should come through the Garden Center entrance. The "Darke County
Friends
of the Shelter" sponsor this event. They are a 501C3 organization
dedicated to helping the companion animals at the Shelter.
ALL
DOGS OVER 3
MONTHS OF AGE MUST HAVE A LICENSE. For more information you can contact
