VHCC receives five
stars for therapy services
The Rehab Clinic at Versailles Health Care Center is excited to
announce receipt of a five-star rating for therapy services from
Pinnacle Quality Insight. Versailles Health Care Center is
a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers short-term
rehab services, outpatient therapy, and long-term care. Pinnacle
Quality Insight is a nationally recognized customer satisfaction
measurement firm and a senior healthcare advocate for over 15
years. The Rehab Clinic at VHCC focuses on the individual and
displays a continued dedication to providing the best therapy services
in the Dayton-Darke County area.

Throughout its 30-year history of serving the community, Versailles
Health Care Center has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the
individual needs of every patient and resident is met. Over the
course of the year, a sampling of VHCC’s patients and their families
have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include
open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate Versailles
Health Care Center in specific categories. Every month, VHCC has
gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better
understanding of the patient’s needs and make improvements when
necessary.
The Rehab Clinic at VHCC offers inpatient and outpatient therapy to
people of all ages. It employs 14 full-time local therapists and
is open seven days a week. Specialty programs offered are
Parkinson’s Therapy, Vestibular (Balance) Rehab Therapy, Cardiac
Recovery, Pulmonary Rehab, Stroke Recovery, Continence Improvement,
Wound Care, Joint Replacement Therapy, Sports Medicine, and much

September 14 at 6 pm; 2) Power Over Parkinson’s monthly event on
