Adalynn Grace is
Wayne Hospital’s New Year’s baby
GREENVILLE – “When she went into labor, I jumped up! I knew it,” said
proud grandmother Lisa Brickler. “We’re having a New Year’s baby!!”
Adalynn Grace Davis was born at Wayne Health Care Center Jan. 1 at 1:57
a.m. Weighing in at 8 lbs. 15 oz., 20.25 inches long, Adalynn was the
hospital’s first baby of 2015.
Mom, Brianna Brickler, 23, is a Greenville High School graduate. She
has another daughter, Brooklynn Davis, three. Adalynn’s father is
Edward Davis of Greenville. Her grandparents are Lisa Brickler, Jeff
Brickler, Karen Tedore and Chuck Davis. Her great grandparents are Paul
and Coleen Garrett and John and Kathy Brickner. All are Greenville
residents.
Brianna said she got up to charge her phone on New Year’s Eve… then
knew it was time. She was in labor two and a half to three hours, and
was delivered by Dr. Patrick Karr...
