Darke County artwork on display

Be sure to stop by the Darke County Welcome Center (next to the KitchenAid Experience) to see 10 beautiful paintings of Darke County gems, including Maid-Rite, the circle, the Annie Oakley statue, Memorial Hall, the courthouse, Garst Museum, the Great Darke County Fair, the Palace building on Broadway, Bear's Mill, and the Swinging Bridge!

The Welcome Center is open from 10-5 on Monday-Friday, as well as during next month's First Friday event, the Artisan Stroll, which takes place on August 7th from 6-9 pm!

During the Artisan Stroll, the Welcome Center will be selling postcards created from the paintings. Donations will also be accepted, with the goal of turning these beautiful paintings into banners to hang downtown!
