VHCC Activity Professionals Week

January 17-23, 2016 was a special week for a very special group of people, the nation’s Activity Professionals.  These are dedicated women and men who help to enrich the lives of older adults in long-term care facilities, retirement homes, day programs, and senior centers.  Activity Professionals provide a variety of programming related to community involvement, mental stimulation, community service, physical well-being and all types of activities to maintain normal life pursuits for our nation’s elders.  Every activity is designed to meet the needs of the individual.  This year’s theme was “Creating Miles of Smiles” and Versailles Health Care Center’s Activity Department embraces this theme by creating memorable moments and striving to enrich the lives of residents and patients with encouragement and commitment.

“I would like to thank our Activity staff for being dedicated to the well-being of our residents and patients.  They do a great job in providing activities for our residents and patients,” said Kristy Earick, Administrator at Versailles Health Care Center.

Versailles Health Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers short-term rehab services, outpatient therapy, and long-term care.  If you would like more information about Versailles Health Care Center, please call 937.526.5570 or visit on the web at www.versailleshealthcare.com.
