Tuesdays during the Annual Enrollment Period

     (October 18 & 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29, December 6) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

     Darke County OSHIIP Coordinator Amy Farmer will run plan comparisons and review your options with you

Attend Darke County’s Medicare Check-Up meeting
