StarLab coming to Nature Center

Join Darke County Parks as we welcome the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery’s StarLab to the Nature Center on Saturday, January 19th at 1:00 pm!

This portable planetarium will be set up indoors to help us understand the night sky. As you enter the darkened dome, you will learn how to identify many of the famous winter constellations such as Orion the Hunter as well as favorites such as the Big Dipper. This program is truly unique and a great opportunity for the whole family to learn and have fun together.

The fee for the program is $4 per person. Please pre-register EARLY as space is limited inside the planetarium.  For questions or to register, call the Nature Center at 937.548.0165.

Don’t miss out on the chance to have this experience with your family right in your own backyard!
