The Workshop Learning Center...
Avoid Summer Academic Loss
May  23, 2012

Research has shown that students who do not participate in academic studies over the summer can lose on average three months of grade-level equivalency each year. The Workshop Learning Center offers private and group academic tutoring and music lessons for all ages and abilities and is currently scheduling for the summer session. “We are honored to have helped over 40 students succeed this academic year. We look forward to helping many more reach their academic potential,” says director, Michelle Drees.

The Workshop Learning Center strives to be a complete educational service center. All programs use research based techniques that are customized to meet your student’s academic goals. Power Hour classes in math and reading, piano camp and a summer string orchestra are just a few of the classes being offered this summer. Private academic tutoring is always available and can be scheduled to fit your needs. All sessions are taught by state certified teachers. If you are interested in any of the offerings above, call The Workshop Learning Center at 459-5937, visit our website www.theworkshoplc.com or email at michelle@theworkshoplc.com.
