Garst Museum
Christmas Open House at Garst
Event: November 18

The Garst Museum cordially invites the public to attend their annual Christmas Open House on Sunday, November 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the Open House, the public can tour the museum at no charge. The festive highlights include seasonal music, light refreshments, and beautifully decorated Christmas trees by the following groups:  Wildflower Garden Club, Butterflies Junior Garden Club, Sun and Fun Garden Club, Ladybug Garden Club, Wood Sprite Garden Club, the VFW Women’s Auxiliary, and Ft. Greeneville Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

To add to the seasonal fun, the museum will be exhibiting artifacts from their Christmas collection.  And… just in time for gift giving, the Museum Store will be offering a 20% discount on all non-consignment items.

Also, please do not forget that the Garst Museum Christmas Wreath Silent Auction is going on now. Bidding for the wreaths will continue until 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 18, (the afternoon of the Christmas Open House at Garst).  E-mail or phone bids must be received by 3:15 PM. Wreaths will be delivered within Darke County to the successful bidder.  Out of county bidders may pick them up or pay shipping costs and have them shipped through the Garst Museum Gift Shop.  You need not be present to win as winners will be notified.
