Kindergarten Screening, Registration scheduled 

Kindergarten screening and registration will be conducted by Mississinawa Schools Wednesday, April 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Registration packet can be picked up at the elementary office; or call 937-968-4464 and ask for Sandy. 

If your child is 5-yrs-old by August 1st he or she is eligible for kindergarten. If the child is 6-yrs-old by August 1st, it is mandatory that your child attend kindergarten. 

Registration materials can be returned the day of the screening on the 17th. 

In addition to the registration form the following information is required: Current copy of child’s immunizations, copies of your child’s birth certificate and social security card, and proof of residency (preferably a recent bill with your mailing address on it). 

Do you ever wonder if your toddler is on track? You can find out with a free “Help Me Grow” screening on April 17. Help Me Grow Screening will take place on April 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Immunizations are available. Call 548-4196 to schedule an appointment.
