Greenville BPW announces special guest night speaker

Greenville, OH. This year the Greenville Business & Professional Women’s (BPW) Club has a special event planned for their Annual Guest Night on Thursday, October 10 2013 at 6:30PM. Vanessa Freeman with WDTN’s ‘Living Dayton’ is the guest speaker for the evening. Vanessa joined ‘Living Dayton’ as a co-host/producer in January, 2013. Prior to coming to the Gem City, she was a general assignment reporter in the Poconos for BRC TV-13. This Baltimore native has a bachelor degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Public Relations from Marymount University. Freeman covered the 2008 presidential election and served as a White House field producer with the network pool. In her free time she feeds her hunger for the arts, and has been in a number of theatre productions from ‘Grease’ to ‘The Pajama Game’ and most recently a professional production of ‘CATS’ as Bombalurina. Vanessa also has a heart for the community and dedicates her time to serving as ambassador and public speaker for UNICEF and a number of organizations promoting breast cancer awareness. Her life motto is ‘Be the change you want to see’!

The members of Greenville BPW would like to call all fellow business women and men to learn more about Ms. Freeman. The organization is actively promoting membership into the Club. Come and join us for the evening and find out more about our Club!

The dinner meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2013 starts at 6:30 PM at a cost of $10.00. The location is Brethren Retirement Community’s Brick Room at 750 Chestnut, Greenville, OH. Reservations need to be made by noon on Monday, October 7, 2013 by contacting Marilyn Emmons at 937/548-5824 or demmons@embarqmail.com
