Works of art to greet Prairie Days visitors

Works of art by area artists will greet visitors to the Shawnee Prairie Park during Prairie Days this coming weekend, September 28 and 29. The Greenville Art Guild will be sponsoring its 38th annual fall art show in the main room of the Prairie Center. All are invited to enjoy this free exhibit.

In addition to the show, children’s “make ‘n take” classes will be part of the Art Guild’s contribution to Prairie Days and will sponsor a small children’s show in the Center, also. Children are encouraged to participate in this free event and make something special to take home.
