Swingin’ with the Saints Feb. 9

Swingin’ with the Saints Again! Great music, instrumental, vocal and keyboard will provide music that is light, up beat, up tempo at the First Presbyterian Church, 114 E. 4th Street in Greenville. This free musical afternoon is Sunday, February 9, at 3 p.m.

Providing this afternoon of musical pleasure are artists Darrel Fryman on keyboard, Terri Fryman on piano, Don Lockhart as vocalist, Ron Smith on the euphonium, Melinda Wissel on flute with a special “6 hands on one piano” version of “The Stars and Stripes Forever”. Rounding out the program is the Presby Trio Terri Fryman on piano, Brad Hare on percussion and Jane Tester on bass.

The artists will combine their talents with those of the audience for a rousing finale to the afternoon with “When the Saints Go Marching In”. Refreshments in the church social hall following Swiingin’ with the Saints Again will give guests an opportunity to chat with the musicians and each other.
