Red Cross invites you

Next Wednesday is our Annual Meeting and to make it more community "friendly" we are holding it at the Greenville City Park, Shelter #1, starting at noon. Now, don't get me wrong, although this is our official annual meeting with election of officers and community awards, this will be a fun and casual picnic lunch provided by the staff. For the FIRST TIME EVER, we will be honoring all our one-year and longer volunteers with their service pin. We have a few 15ers, a 20, a mess of 5 year awards and a gaggle of awards for those serving 1-4 years...I'm hoping you'll come by enjoy some lunch and get "pinned"! We'll also have some displays, vid's and activities for kids of all ages, so feel free to bring the family, co-workers or friends that you would like to whom you would like to introduce the American Red Cross. Dress is casual, the meal is casual, but make no mistake, what our volunteers do every day to provide the American Red Cross mission is simply astonishing and amazing! I hope you can join us!
