Christmas activities at Bradford Ohio Railroad Museum

The Bradford Ohio Railroad Museum is participating in the Bradford Downtown Christmas celebration. The museum will be decorated for the Christmas season, from November 15-December 28 when the museum closes for the 2014 season.

This year the museum will be hosting a Christmas Mystery at the museum December 6 at 7 pm. Guests help solve the mystery through clues from the cast. Santa will be visiting children at the museum December 13 from 10 am-1 pm. Veterans will be honored and get into the museum free December 20th from 10 am- 1 pm.

The museum is sponsoring Trim a Tree for the Museum. Local businesses decorate small trees in the theme of their choice for a silent auction. Proceeds from the tree auction contribute to the capital campaign to finish the museum interior with permanent professional designed interactive exhibits.

This year there will be trees from Weldy's Dairy Bar, Marshall's Service Station, Covington Savings and Loan, Littman Thomas Insurance Agency, The Community Club, The Bradford Garden Club, Clark's Pizza, Rich Gas Station,
Greenville National Bank, Hershey's Bar, Above and Beyond and Train Stop Restaurant.

The trees will be on display at the Bradford Craft Show at the Bradford High School November 15, 2014 and at the museum until the final day for bids December 13 when the highest bidder gets to take the tree home for the holidays.

The Museum is open Saturday 10 am - 1 pm and Sunday 1- 4 pm except holidays until the end of the year.
