sponsors last Lunch on the Lawn
The Greenville Public Library will once again sponsor the season's last
Lunch on the Lawn, in partnership with Main Street Greenville.
The event will take place THIS Friday, August 7th from 11:30 a.m.
to 1 p.m. on the shaded front lawn of the Greenville Public Library
(520 Sycamore Street).
Guests can choose to pay $7 for a box lunch from Romer's Catering or
bring their own lunch. One dollar from every lunch sold will be donated
to Main Street Greenville.
The box lunch from Romer's Catering features the following:
1/4 BBQ Chicken
Potato Salad
Fresh Fruit Cup
Bottled Water
Guests who attend the event will also enjoy a music performance by
Higgins-Madewell! Music begins at 11:45 am.
Tables and chairs will be provided, but all are encouraged to bring
blankets and lawn chairs. Guests may come and go as they please and are
able to stop in just for the music if they do not wish to eat.
Upon arrival, attendees can look for the white tent to purchase their
box lunch.
In extreme heat or rain, event will be moved to Romer's Catering, 118
East Main Street. This is the final Lunch on the Lawn of the season, so
we hope to see you there!
