DCCA special
membership meeting
The Darke County Center for the Arts will hold a special membership
meeting on Thursday, February, 5, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in the Community
Meeting Room on the third floor of the Greenville Public Library, 126
W. Fourth Street, Greenville. All DCCA members are invited to
attend.
The purpose of the special membership meeting is to adopt amendments to
the DCCA Code of Regulations to: establish an Executive Committee of
the Board of Directors, setting forth its membership and purposes; and
to correct typographical errors.
The proposed amendments will be effective upon passage.
