Antler Amble

Join a Darke County Parks’ Naturalist on Saturday, January 24th at 2:00pm at Worth Family Nature Preserve for the Antler Amble.   We will spend most of our time traveling off-trail as we “hunt” for the shed antlers from the White-tailed Deer. Deer begin to shed their antlers in mid-January so this will likely be the perfect time to search.

What other signs of mid-winter will we see; time will tell. Dress for the weather and off-trail hiking.  Call the Park Office at 937.548.0165 in the event of questionable weather.  For more information on this and other programs offered by the Darke County Parks, visit our website at www.darkecountyparks.org
