A Night in Hollywood
Please consider helping with a first ever event of its kind… A Night in
Hollywood! April 18th in the Greenville HS Gym. Doors Open at 5:30,
Talent Show to begin at 6:30.
This evening is all about celebrating the Special Olympians for the
STARS they are!!! They will be starring in the talent show and
hosting a Silent Art Auction of pieces all created and donated by our
county Special Olympians.
How can you help??
#1) Buy tickets to attend the event!! $15.00 adults , $10.00
Students Available at ALL Greenville National Branches
#2) Sponsor the Event! $500.00 = Event Sponsor
$300.00= Star Sponsor $200. 00=Table Sponsor
#3) Tell all of your friends and forward this information email to all
of your contacts!! (EASY)
Anyway you look at it - participating is a GREAT thing to do!!
Attached are the sponsorship and donation forms for A Night In
Hollywood! We would surely appreciate any donation or sposorship
of this evening which will bring HONOR to our Darke County Special
Olympians while raising money and awarenes at this fun filled evening!!
We will be taking to print first run of promotional materials as soon
as Tomorrow - if you would like your company logo included please
contact me ASAP.
ALSO - if you are aware of a current Darke County Special Olympian - we
do still need ACTS for the talent show and more artwork for the silent
auction please forward on my contact information!!
Final Thoughts - Additional entertainment will be provided by the
Greenville HS Jazz Scene and the Wavaires. Food will be festive-sharpky
dressed tuxedo hotdogs, popcorn and sparkling grape juice!
