March 5 Maple
Sugarin' - We still need your help!
March 5 is getting closer and we could still use some extra hands to
help with the waffle breakfast and Maple Sugarin’ Day events.
Please see below for openings and if you have any questions please call
me. Thank you!
• Log House-- need at least 3 volunteers from 12:30pm – 4pm (period
clothing required, borrow from us!)
• Bake Sale table –need 1 volunteer from 12:30pm – 5pm
• Sap Boiling in the Sugar Shack – need 1 volunteer from 6am-10am, 2
volunteers from 10am-2pm
• Ticket Taker for Waffle Breakfast - need 1 volunteer from 7am –
1pm
• Sausage Workers (runners from trailer to kitchen) – 3 volunteers
needed from 7am – 1pm
• Waffle Workers (in the classroom) – 6 volunteers needed from 7am – 1pm
• Waffle Runners (from classroom to kitchen) – 1 volunteer needed from
7am – 1pm
• Servers (assembly room) – 1 volunteer needed from 7am – 1pm
• Beverages (assembly room) – 1 volunteer needed from 7am – 1pm
• Dining Room (clean tables/refill syrup) – 10 volunteers needed from
7am – 1pm
• Kitchen (wash silverware/equipment) – 2 volunteers needed from 7am –
1pm
• Floaters (to give people breaks) – 2 volunteers needed from 7am – 1pm
