In a match that should have gone the distance (3 games) Greenville, led by Kelsey Testor (MVP) topped the Hawks in two with scores of 25-20 and 25-23. “We stepped it up a notch today,” said Wave... With the Start of School, everyone can Make a Difference

It seems like it was only yesterday, but nearly 35 years ago when I was a junior high student in Montpelier, Ohio, my school bus driver taught me one of the most valuable life-lessons I ever learned about compassion and using our gifts to help others. There was a girl who rode our bus, who took special education classes and walked and talked a little differently than most kids. But I remember she was always smiling and never... Read More. By Mike Lafferty

Charley Reese wrote his last column for the Orlando Sentinel on July 29, 2001. You wouldn’t know it from surfing the Internet. In fact, you wouldn’t even get his last column. You’d most likely find a version that the popular columnist wrote for the Sentinel back on Feb. 3, 1984. It still

Every few years, Charley Reese’s “545” gets an email resurgence. I would believe that by now just about every email user on the “right” has received it at least once. I’ve gotten it a half dozen times. Why is it so popular? Read the Sentinel Blog, then click the link to read “545” one more time. It’s a reminder we all need… maybe daily. In News: Shuttle Report: Errors in process, Dayton still left out; Rasmussen: What They Told Us; and Group sues to block privatizing prisons. Events: DCCA Annual Meeting to be held. Blogs: Demonizing Big Business is Not Going to Bring Back Jobs; Obama and Irene: Category Four Forces of Destruction; and For Employees, It’s Time for RAISE. For Yesterday's Home Page Click Here.
