Rainy and moist conditions persisted through wheat anthesis this year. As a result head scab is once again present in Darke County’s wheat. However, initial results from a survey conducted by THE Ohio State University show disease incidence may be lower than last year. Husted releases new business filings for May
 
COLUMBUS – Secretary of State Jon Husted today announced that 7,440 new entities filed to do business in Ohio in May. This number is up from May of 2010, in which 6,682 new entities filed with the Secretary of State. So far in 2011 (January, February, March, April and May), the Secretary of State’s office has assisted with 37,612 new business filings.
