Is there a “toxic environment” at the Jobs & Family Service Center on Wagner Avenue? That accusation has been made. Or is the JFS Director simply doing her job and protecting taxpayer dollars? There is a rift between the County and the State. Two State employees have been told to leave and not return. They moved out and were relocated to Montgomery County.
