Power of the Pen… DeColores, Versailles students earn POP honors

DeColores Montessori and Versailles Middle School students took honors in Saturday’s Seventh and Eighth Grade Power of the Pen competition at Botkins Local School, with DeColores student Jacob Troutwine earning First Place in the Seventh Grade Individual Contest. Troutwine also earned Seventh Grade Best of Round Three with his essay entitled, “Overreacting to Overcast Weather.” In other Individual Seventh Grade results, Megan Marchal, Versailles, took Second Place, and Hannah Grilliot, Versailles, took 13th Place... Bradford Girls Step Up When Needed

BRADFORD- Bradford started to get into foul trouble before the end of the first half, but with its strong bench players, the Lady roaders came out with a 44-34 victory over Riverside Saturday.
