Ansonia bounced out early
By George Starks

PIQUA- To say it’s been less than a successful season for Ansonia is quite the understatement. With injuries plaguing the Tigers, it was a basketball season that Darrick Barga would just like to put behind him. The Tigers season came to an end Friday night as Ansonia fell victim to Lehman Catholic, 70-27, in sectional action at Piqua. Leading the Tigers 11-7 after one, the Cavaliers took off in the second

By Julia A. Seymour

Rising gas prices used to be big news, but not so these days. Although the national average climbed to $3.56 on Feb. 20, setting a February record after going up nearly a month straight, there was far less coverage than in 2008. Broadcast networks repeatedly covered

Barack ‘All of the Above’ Obama
by Larry Kudlow

President Obama fought back against rising oil and retail gas prices in a speech in Florida on Thursday. But it was a curious speech. He started out by mocking Republicans, stating that GOP candidates are licking their chops as gasoline prices rocket up. He said, “They are already dusting off their three-point plans for $2 gas. I’ll save you the suspense... Read More. More Blogs.
