DP&L donation helps “fuel” auto tech’s Volt purchase

GREENVILLE – “I loved it,” said Carla Surber, Greenville City School District Treasurer. “It has a different feel to it… I really like it.” Surber was one of the early drivers of the district’s new electric car, a 2012 Chevrolet Volt.
