A Very Happy Mom...
A mom raved about the impact the After School Program has had on her
fifth grader.
Not only are her grades getting better, but her entire attitude toward
academics – and her personality – has turned around. Mom said the
arguments and fighting have become fewer and fewer. The student is
starting to feel better about herself because she is seeing success in
school.
Work in
Progress...
A first grader who is considered by parent as “a work in progress” has
improved in all areas. “Hopefully he will continue to do so with your
help.” This is his second year in the Empowering program. Contact us a

Opportunity
of a Lifetime...
“They (the students) impacted my life as much as I hope I did theirs.
The best thing about doing this tutoring program is knowing that I may
have helped a child increase their grade and to be proud of it. Being a
part of Greenville's Empowering After School Tutoring Program was an
opportunity of a lifetime.” Edison State Student
A Wonderful
Experience...
“I enjoyed being there to help the children when they needed me. Seeing
how happy they were when they finally figured out how to solve their
math problems was great. It was a very wonderful experience." Edison
