Help us stop Obamacare in Ohio!
It was March 23, 2010 when President Obama signed his health care bill
into law, and it was one of the worst pieces of legislation our country
has ever seen. Please join us in supporting the Ohio Liberty
Council in their efforts to promote the Ohio Health Care Freedom
Amendment.
The Ohio Liberty Council has created The Ohio Project, which is a
grassroots effort of Ohio citizens to bring a proposed state
constitutional amendment to Ohio’s November 2011 ballot. The
Health Care Freedom Amendment is a constitutional amendment that will
preserve the freedom of Ohioans to individually choose their health
care and health insurance. It would also protect Ohioans from the
financial burdens of complying with new federal mandates and from the
fines or penalties resulting from non-compliance. The amendment
also prohibits government from barring the purchase or sale of health
care or health care insurance.
To place the amendment on the November 2011 ballot, more than 375,000
valid signatures need to be gathered. Because of this, we need as
many people involved in petition gathering as possible. Please
visit the Ohio Project's website to print a petition and begin
reversing Obamacare by gathering signatures in your neighborhood.
