“Garman-Miller has produced a conceptual drawing of Greenville City Schools’ new K-8 grade building. This conceptual drawing is not final. Necessary constructural changes may be made at the time of completion.  A conceptual picture of the site footprint is available along with bond issue information at the Citizens for Quality Greenville Schools blog site, http://letsbuilditgreenville.blogspot.com/.” 

The Ballot Issue as it will appear on Nov. 8: 

ISSUE # 7 

Greenville City School District – Proposed Bond Issue and Tax Levies – Annual Income Tax – 0.25% - Permanent Improvements, Including Paying the Cost of Maintaining the Classroom Facilities Included in the Project 

– AND – 

Bonds - $45,000,000 – Paying the Local Share of School Construction under the State of Ohio Classroom Facilities Assistance Program for a Segmented Project (including Construction of a New K-8 Elementary/Middle School Building), Demolition of Certain Existing School Buildings, and Other Improvements to School Facilities, Together with Equipment, Furnishings, Landscaping and All Necessary Appurtenances Thereto – 28 Years – 6.43 Mills – Commencing In 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
