Investigation
into two-week old baby with injuries
On 11-28-12, Greenville Police were dispatched to Children's Medical
Center in Dayton, OH on a 2 week old baby that arrived there with
significant injuries. The injuries included broken legs, a broken
arm,
swelling and bleeding of the brain, bleeding on the spine, facial
bruising, and broken ribs. The investigation concluded the
injuries
occurred in the City of Greenville. Following further
investigation
by detectives from Greenville Police Department, the case has been
submitted to the Darke County Prosecutors Office for charges against
both parents. The child is in the custody of the Darke County Children
Services.
