Three arrested and one sought for Trafficking in Heroin

GREENVILLE - On Aug. 6, the Greenville Police Department, Darke County Sheriff's Office and Darke County Juvenile Probation served narcotics arrest warrants and a search warrant stemming from a lengthy narcotics investigation. 

Arrested were Damian M, King, 34, Kent E. Minnich, 39, and Todd C. Clemens, 40, all of Greenville. An arrest warrant is still active for Rick L. Fleetwood, 47, of 726 Central Ave., Greenville. All of the arrests were for trafficking in Heroin. 

A search was also obtained and executed at 726 Central Ave., Greenville. Officers recovered narcotics, paraphernalia, and stolen property from the residence. Two vehicles were also seized. Children's Services was contacted and three children were removed from the home and placed with family members. 

This is an ongoing investigation and additional charges are pending. 

The Greenville Police Department urges citizens to report drug activity to 548-4150 option 2, Darke County Crime Stoppers, 547-1661. All calls may remain anonymous.
