Greenville Police special releases

The following were posted as they were released at County News Online’s

GREENVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATING STABBING
At 6:49 a.m., a call was received by the Greenville Police Department
and dispatched units to 100-B Armstrong, Greenville. The victim,
James Hamilton, 29, appeared to have stab wounds and was transported to
Miami Valley Hospital.
The Greenville Police Department urges citizens to remain vigilant and
to call in any information or activity regarding this incident to the
Greenville Police Department at 548-1103.
GREENVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATING ROBBERY
At 11:15 a.m. on July 5, 2013, a call was received by the Greenville
Police Department reporting a robbery at Dollar General,
Greenville. A possible suspect is in custody and currently being
questioned.
The Greenville Police Department urges citizens to remain vigilant and
to call in any information regarding this incident to the Greenville
Police Department at 548-1103.
