Three transported to Wayne following head-on collision

On July 13, 2013 at approximately 6:14 p.m. Darke County Deputies along with Gettysburg Fire, Gettysburg Rescue, Bradford Rescue and Greenville Rescue were dispatched to US Route 36 east and Old US Route 36 in reference to a two vehicle head on injury accident.
 
Preliminary investigation revealed a green 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Bronson Fisher, 28, Piqua, Ohio was eastbound on US Route 36 when his vehicle traveled left of the center line.  Fisher's vehicle struck a white 2002 Chevy Impala driven by Connie Zumbrun, 70, Greenville, Ohio.  Zumbrun's vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway coming to rest in the side ditch, Fisher's vehicle came to rest on the roadway.  Witnesses observed Fisher throwing alcohol into the side ditch from his vehicle. 

Zumbrun and her passenger Mary Bevins, 51, Greenville, Ohio were transported to Wayne HealthCare where they were treated and released.  Fisher was transported to Wayne HealthCare where he was treated and released. 

Bronson Fisher was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol along with multiple other violations.
