Ansonia
resident awaits trial on
rape charges
GREENVILLE
- Ansonia Police
Department arrested Ansonia resident Jason T. Shaw, 26, on a warrant
issued by
the Darke County Court of Common Pleas. Shaw was indicted by the Darke
County
Grand Jury on six counts of rape of a child under the age of 13, a
felony of
the first degree. The indictment was the result of an investigation
conducted
by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office. Shaw is being held in the Darke
County
Jail on a bond of $500,000. The arrest occurred in Ansonia on May 22.
