On November 6, 2013, Officers with the Piqua Police Department and Detectives with the Greenville Police Department apprehended Cory M. Nichols in the 400 block of Cleveland St in Piqua, Ohio.

An arrest warrant was issued for Cory Nichols as a result of an investigation pertaining to the aggravated robbery incident that occurred on September 4, 2013 at the Darke County YMCA in Greenville, Ohio.

Following the apprehension, Cory Nichols was transported to the Miami County Jail by the Piqua Police Department in reference to a second arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for sentencing pertaining to an Aggravated Felonious Assault incident that occurred in Piqua, Ohio.
