Two new fugitives added

Two new fugitives have been added to the Darke County Most Wanted list. Amy Nisonger and Shaunte Griffith.

Nisonger is WANTED FOR: July 2013 – Warrant issued by Darke County Common Pleas for a probation violation.  Original Charge: Misuse of Credit Cards, a felony of the fourth degree. LAST KNOWN ADDRESS: 708 Martin St. Greenville, OH ::: 109 E Third St., Apt. #7 Greenville, OH

Griffith is WANTED FOR: August 2013 – Warrant issued by Darke County Municipal Court for failure to appear for bad check; a misdemeanor of the first degree. Darke County Grand Jury returned a two count indictment for Trafficking in Herion; a warrant was subsequently issued by Darke County Common Pleas Court.  Two counts of trafficking in heroin, both are felonies of the fourth degree. LAST KNOWN ADDRESS: 608 E. Fourth St. Greenville, OH ::: 416 1/2 E. Third St. Greenville, OH
