Rollover accident on Hwy 36; one Careflighted

Greenville- On September 12, 2013 at 12:10 am Darke County 911 received multiple 911 calls in reference to a one vehicle rollover in the area of 6932 US Rt. 36 E involving 3 possible injuries. Darke County Deputies, along with Gettysburg Fire, Gettysburg Rescue, Greenville Rescue, Bradford Rescue and Careflight were all dispatched to the scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a 1997 Oldsmobile operated by Dustin L. Taylor, of Greenville, OH was westbound on US 36 when he lost control and went off the north side of the roadway, rolling over and striking a tree.

The driver, Dustin L. Taylor, and one passenger, Justin L. Dispennette, also of Greenville, were both transported to Wayne Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A second passenger, Courtney A.Weatherspoon, was flown by Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

This investigation is on-going.
