Heavy
rainfall causes
county flooding

COUNTY - Water levels
rose throughout Darke County as heavy rain moved through the region.
The National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch that will be in
effect until 10 a.m. Friday. Forecasters are calling for rainfall to
continue throughout the day Friday as well. Some rural roadways in
Darke County are becoming almost too dangerous to pass as water
covers both lanes of travel...
