Darke County Sheriff
Man Arrested
for Trafficking Crack Cocaine
April 18, 2016
On April 18, 2016 at approximately 9:00pm the Darke County Sheriff’s
Office Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Timothy Sanders, age 36, for
trafficking illegal narcotics. Sanders was taken into custody at 209
East Main Street, Room# 117, in Greenville. The arrest stems from
an on going investigation for drug trafficking, including trafficking
the drugs in the vicinity of children. Following the arrest, Sanders
was taken to the Darke County Jail and booked in for trafficking crack
cocaine.
Sheriff Toby L. Spencer takes a strong stand against the use of illegal
drugs and drug trafficking in our community. Citizens are
