Phillip C. Benge

Phillip C. Benge, 59, of Ansonia, passed away Thursday evening April 21, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
 
He was born January 7, 1952 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Henry and Lois Madge (Shook) Benge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Benge.
 
Phillip spent most of his life as a truck driver for many different companies. He was a veteran having served during the Vietnam Era.
 
He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Benge, and Kacey (Grady) Benge-Caldwell; grandchildren, Kylie Caldwell, Levi Griffith, and Maicie Griffith; brothers and sisters, Willard "Gene" (Cheryl) Clouse, Terry (Cheryl) Benge, Linda (Tim) Burnfield, and Patty Stigman; and several nieces and nephews.
 
Private service with full military honors by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard will be held at Shook's Cemetery near Rossburg.
 
There will be no public visitation.
 
Services have been entrusted with Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
