Lois L. Henninger
Lois L. Henninger, age 93 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 6:30 A.M.
Thursday August 11, 2011 at the Heartland Nursing Home of
Greenville. Lois was born July 24, 1918 in Darke County, Ohio and
the daughter of the late Glen and Della (Netzley) Puterbaugh.
Lois was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church
of Greenville. She was also a Life Member of the V.F.W. Ladies
Auxiliary #7262, Disabled American Veterans Ladies Auxiliary and a
member of the former Jayceettes all of Greenville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband
Maurice M. Henninger August 5, 2006. They were married January
25, 1940. Also preceded in death by an infant daughter Mary Jane
Henninger in 1956; Sisters Margaret M. Howard and Betty Phillippi.
Lois is survived by her daughter and son in law Lori and Don Denniston
of Greenville as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and
nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday August 16, 2011 in
the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with the Rev. John
McRoberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville
Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 P.M.
until 7 P.M. in the funeral home and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary
will conduct a Lodge of Sorrow at 6:45 P.M.

Heartland Hospice, First United Methodist Church or the Charity of your
choice
