Priscilla M. Simons
Priscilla M. Simons, age 84, of Bradford, Ohio, passed away on
Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 8:10 AM at her residence. She was
born on November 3, 1926 in Shelby County, Ohio, to the late Roy A.
Simons and Helen E. (McGreevey) Peiffer.
Priscilla was a housewife and attended St. Teresa
Catholic Church, Covington, Ohio. She loved sewing, Needle Point,
Baking, and Canning.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death
by her son, Dennis Simons; daughter, Patricia Simons; grandson, Dylan
Simons; brothers, Leroy, Bill, and Louie Simons; and sister, Rose Ann
Simons.
She is survived by her sons and daughter in law,
Glynn & Marilyn Simons of Bradford, Ohio and Kennedy Simons of New
Port, Ohio; daughters, Debra Simons and Lo-ra Kesler both of Bradford,
Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother and
sister in law, Harold & Linda Simons of Union City, Ohio; sisters
and brothers in law, Kathylene (Bill) Taylor of Greenville, Helen
Gerlach of Trotwood, Ohio, Barb (Paul) Wilford of Centerville, Ohio,
and Carol Shrayer of Sidney, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and
nephews.
There will be a service held on Friday, August 26,
2011 at 11:00 AM at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio.
Burial will follow in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in
Greenville, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday one hour
prior to the service at the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family the memorial
