Metzcar
Harold E. “Butch” Metzcar, 65, of Ansonia, passed away Sunday morning
December 25, 2011 at his residence.
He was born October 19, 1946 in Greenville, son of the late Paul and
Virginia (Rickert) Metzcar.
Butch was retired from Miami Industries in Piqua, where he had worked
for 17 years. He was a member of the Webster United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Charlotte (Shimp) Metzcar whom
he married November 2, 1968; a son, Kevin Metzcar of Ansonia; and a
special niece, Susan Robertson of Greenville; brothers-in-law, Jerry
Rue of Union City, IN, and Steve Bidwell of Greenville; and several
nieces and nephews.
There will be no services. Memorial contributions may be given to
offset final expenses.
Arrangements have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in
Greenville.
