Sharon R. Sharp
Sharon R. Sharp, age 52 of Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio and
formerly of Union City, Ohio, passed away on Thursday December 8, 2011
at 1:36 PM at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio. She was
born March 29, 1959 in Augsburg, Germany the daughter of the late
Thomas Joseph & Cleo Alma (Creider) Griffith. Prior to living
in the nursing homes she lived in Union City for 2 years having moved
there from the Pikeville area.
She was a member of Beamsville Christian Church, a graduate of
Greenville High School class of 1977, a graduate of Edison State
College. A member of the Greenville Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, the
V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She worked Marsh Supermarket in
Greenville for 17 years, and later she worked as a secretary at Rumpke
Waste Inc. She had been in failing health since an automobile
accident in 1996.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents & her parents.
She is survived by her son & daughter in law: Benjamin L.
& Sarah Sharp of Coldwater, Ohio.
Services will be held on Monday December 12, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Bailey
Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio with Pastor Steve Short
officiating. Burial will follow in Stelvideo Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday December 11,
2011 at the funeral home.
